PetPat Technical Services supports a wide range of public infrastructure projects, including repairs, rehabilitations and new construction of highways and roadways, bridges and highways structures, water infrastructure, railroads, airports and ports. Our capabilities include design-bid-build, and public-private partnership delivery methods. The application of this type of construction service may take many forms. On large projects, individuals may be assigned on a full-time basis. On other smaller projects these individuals may only have a part-time responsibility to assist the owner’s agent in the field, or perhaps only a limited staff may be assigned on a part-time basis depending on the degree of magnitude and complexity of the project at hand.

Our professionals ensure the successful realization of our client’s idea/plans through structural Analysis, foundation construction/design, fabrication of support steel, modification design work, and the design of industrial buildings. We manage the project from inception to closure and ensure proper project management practices including monitoring, and reporting are adhered to.


We also assist our clients secure all forms of licensed and permits required for construction in accordance to the laws guiding the clients’ jurisdiction.
